Office Administrator


 

Pipe Testing Services Ltd are continuing their growth plan and seeking to employ an Administrator to work at our offices in Shenstone.

You will be joining a knowledgeable and experienced team willing to work with you to support your development and training.

This role is to support the total administration function for the business, initially with specific areas to be trained in and further duties to be tailored into the role when the candidate is at a stage to take on more responsibility and feels confident to do so.

Desired Skills:

  • Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, any other IT skills would be advantageous.
  • Use of Word and Excel in particular would be beneficial

Desired personal qualities:

  • Excellent time keeping, reliable, honest, hardworking, good telephone manner, keen to learn, able to take instruction, team player, ability to work on own initiative when required, good time management, organised and proactive. Although some of these qualities are not always achieved early in your career these would be our expectations with some of them would already be apparent.
  • Must be out going with a good personality and ready to work in a fast paced energetic environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • GCSE qualification in key subjects including Math’s and English minimum level grade C.
  • Must be computer literate and/or hold qualification in IT studies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £15,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
