We have an opportunity for a confident and outgoing restaurant host, passionate about customer service, Our hosts are responsible for taking reservations and assisting with promotion and development of the business. Starting with a warm and friendly welcome, our hosts ensures guests have a fantastic dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome everyone with a smile and make them want to return.
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service ensuring all guests enjoy a unique and memorable dining experience
- Develop excellent product knowledge to answer guest questions and offer recommendations
- Strive to make every customer a repeat customer by remembering names and personalizing their experience
- Accurately process food and drink orders through the till system
- Ensure we manage reservations and enquiries in a timely manner
- Manage the reservation system to ensure maximal cover rotation in the restaurant.
- Function facilitation to communicate with guests to drive function sales in all areas of the restaurant, bar & 1st floor lounge.
- Promote the business at every opportunity
- Complete set up, handover and closedown duties to a high standard
Requirements

Hospitality experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be given. More important are the skills listed above.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
Salary: £10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
